Casa Blais Vacation Rental Information

Apartment

Historic 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom apartment built in 1380 with newly renovated fully equipped kitchen, wood burning fireplace,, washing machine, and wifi.  Ideal vacation rental for a short stay or an extended stay and for those that work remotely.

Location

Located in the heart of the historic district of the walled Medieval town of Montepulciano.  Walking distance to all of the restaurants, shopping, and underground wine cellars.  We are a 4 minute walk to the Il Sasso Italian Language school and a 7 minute walk to Piazza Grande where the Twilight New Moon movie was filmed.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

 A deposit of 50% of the total due is required at time of booking and the balance is due one week prior to arrival.  Cancellation without penalty is one week prior to arrival; if cancellation is less than a week prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable
